Artifact of the Week: Cooper’s Hoop Driver

This week’s artifact is a coopers’ hoop driver used in the Lincoln/Welland County area, possibly in St. Catharines. Used to drive down and tighten barrel hoops. This particular tool was at one point split vertically and repaired with a carriage bolt.
